You will be involved in:

1. Cross border multi-jurisdictional tax and transfer pricing projects as businesses restructure or transform amidst the evolving and changing global tax landscape, especially with BEPS 2.0 and the increasing levels of tax disputes across countries and regions.
2. Identifying market entry or exit tax issues and workarounds. Legal entity rationalization. Transactional or operating model design, review and implementation. Tax governance and tax risk management.
3. Understanding development objectives and value drivers of businesses, e.g. headquarters functions, centres of excellence, manufacturing and distribution activities, finance and treasury operations, intangible property, incentives, etc, and helping them achieve sustainability with the alignment of their tax and operating model. In addition, to also help strategise, plan and apply for research and development grants or deductions, incentives or other forms of government support, where required
4. Where mergers and acquisitions take place, advising companies and private equity investors on all tax aspects of their transactions - acquisition, disposal, refinancing, restructuring or initial public offering. And helping with negotiations throughout the transaction life cycle, from initial due diligence to post-deal implementation

Electronic Trading Solutions (ETS) unites all of Bloomberg’s cross-asset electronic trading platforms into one business, delivering trading solutions and analytics to both our Buyside and Sellside clients. What's the role?
As an Electronic Trading Solutions Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Electronic Trading franchise across our Listed platforms. This is primarily accomplished by building deep, value-focused relationships with clients, and engaging with them on ways they can grow and advance their business by partnering with Bloomberg for their trading, automation, and analysis needs. All Account Managers are expected to manage a book of clients and develop a deep understanding of their business workflows & Electronic Trading needs to increase revenue and onboard new users to our trading platforms.

We will trust you to:

• Manage and grow our client base by building a pipeline of clients through prospecting, relationship management, referrals and cross-selling
• Build an in-depth understanding around our client workflow, to directly impact sales and/or to anticipate our client's future needs
• Hold meetings with clients and prospects to present unique Bloomberg solutions
• Use your strong communication and presentation skills to build strong relationships with clients, including senior-level stakeholders
• Understand the current regulatory landscape and the impact they have on our clients to offer electronic trading solutions in line with their requirements
• Use your project management skills to coordinate product initiatives regionally, including but not limited to taking on product advocacy as well as drive product improvement by providing feedback to Bloomberg's business managers and product development teams on user demand and evolving market practices
• Employ best use of our flat corporate structure to network across various departments, calling on specific expertise and promote collaboration to deliver solutions to our clients

You will need to have:

• 5+ years experience in a financial services or a financial technology company
• Hands on experience working with Electronic Trading, Connectivity or Financial Markets technology solutions, within the past 2 years
• Client facing, sales or support experience covering transaction, automation and/or execution management products
• Established track record of both relationship management and client support
• Strong understanding of the impact of regulation, market structure and compliance on electronic trading
• Familiarity of buy-side and sell-side workflows
• Experience in building and maintaining senior client relationships both externally and internally
• Project Management skills
• Be resourceful, possess problem solving skills and have a strong "can do" attitude
• Consistent record in handling multiple complex sales engagements concurrently
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
• Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organization
• Bachelor’s degree or degree-equivalent qualifications
• Ability to travel periodically

- Around 7+ years of IT industry experience Providing Test Management support to SWIFT and with interfacing applications

- Should be able to coordinate with interfacing applications teams and Business user.

- Be the application point of contact and coordinator for ISO20022 Program testing, Enhancements and other projects.

- Familiar with SWIFT FIN and ISO20022 Messages.

- Interfaces knowledge – IBM-MQ, SFTP, JMS.
