• Overall, at least 2 years of prior B2C experience in similar role is required. At least 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing and Google Digital Ads, SEO, and SEM, ideally in the healthcare or aesthetics industry.
• Expert in digital marketing platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch).
• Has general understanding of Shopify in terms of maintenance, launch, shop construction and admin system.
• Exceptional communication skills and fluent in both Eng and Chin, able to cater to English-speaking & PRC customers.
• Experience with omnichannel marketing.
• A willingness to learn and incorporate new technologies.

Support for two major portfolios within Marketing team:

• Support in the launch of mini programme launch and sustenance campaigns
• Support the promotional campaigns happening on webstore

Duties:

• Support in planning and execution of integrated promotional campaigns and marketing activities (includes both online and offline) for new customers acquisition for miniprogramme and webstore to attain sales, conversion and engagement KPIs
• Support and execute content strategy for the website, eDMs and other marketing communication
• Manage site content and marketing collaterals across various touchpoints
• Work with external creative agencies to develop and manage all marketing collaterals and assists in copywriting and proofreading of materials
• Work with appointed agencies and 3rd party vendors to achieve campaign objectives
• Work closely with business development team to incorporate marketing initiative and strategy for product launch and promotions
• Work closely and relevant stakeholders/tenants to ensure communication material comply with brand standard and guidelines
• Support campaign sales and post-mortem report with analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, derive key insights for business growth
• Monitor and track competitor activities and propose counter competitors’ strategies or activity

Requirements:

• Proficient in Mandarin is a must as require to liaise with Chinese speaking agency based in Shanghai.
• Prior work experience in social media platforms (Weibo, Baidu,...) will be a bonus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and able to work independently, but also collaborate as an effective team member in shared knowledge and best practices.
