Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance or equivalent.
• Has understanding in Credit Card and Card Rewards processing;
• Good experience in using Microsoft Excel;
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, capable of supporting user requests and testing;
• Possess good stakeholder management skills to work with different department;
• Strong planning skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines;
• Excellent communication skills to interact with teams efficiently.

• Work experience in banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with technology partners on solution design, delivery timeline, and readiness of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment;
• Develop UAT plans, define test scope, scripts, and data; configure Rewards Campaigns in UAT, and conduct end-to-end testing;
• Record test outcomes and compile structured test documentation for stakeholder review and walkthroughs;
• Oversee UAT progress, provide timely updates, flag issues early, monitor resolutions, and keep business teams and key stakeholders informed;
• Work closely with technology, business, and operations teams on system implementation, including preparing instruction/parameter forms for Rewards Campaign setup;
• Organize live verification with business teams and stakeholders.
