Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Director to join our family and extend our presence in the regulated space. We are looking for someone with a global outlook, a go-getter, robust, resilient and a team player. The Business Development Director is a key growth role for ECI’s business in the assigned territory. The sales expert will be responsible for developing a new client acquisition strategy, pursuing and winning new business, and for developing longer-term strategic relationships in the respective market.

Responsibilities:

• Grow revenue and meet/exceed annual sales quota. It will also be the primary responsibility to build a pipeline of prospective clients through various activities including desk bound research, cold calling, attending events, networking, etc.
• Identify and methodically qualify opportunities, along with driving for closure through the various sales stages
• Possess strategic mindset to understand and uncover the client’s business challenges through consultative process and recommend relevant solutions to help client address those challenges
• Proficient in articulating the company’s capabilities, strengths, and differentiators in the context of a customer’s requirements/ challenge
• Work closely with internal solution architects, project managers and operations leads to define the most appropriate solution and commercial package for the client
• Manage your client relationships intimately, to build credibility, ensure retention, and identify upsell opportunities
• Prepare proposals and negotiating commercial and contractual arrangements with client
• Develop and implement territory plan through comprehensive market and competitive analysis
• Develop and own sales pipeline, manage opportunities, and provide regular update on opportunity status and sales forecast

Job Title: Channel Executive

Report to: Channel Manager

Location: Europe (Italy )

Role Responsibilities

· Support Channel Manager to manage/create and grow our brand channel.

· To provide administrative support to live-streamers during their live shows with customer support and payments administration.

· Establish clear brand channel strategy and positioning and marketing of the channel using FB and IG or other social media.

· Travelling for overseas streams (90%)

· Planning calendar of sales events (Special stream or events).

· Support end to end operations and logistics and fulfilment for the brand channel.

· Posting and planning of social media contents.

· Review and analyse live stream data.

· Doing up daily/ weekly/monthly reports and KPI for the channel.

· Reconcile and prepare of delivery reports after livestream shows.

· Support sourcing new Merchants and live streamers.

· Merchants & Streamers Management.

· Customer Service.

· Other tasks as assigned by the hiring manager.

Qualification & Experience

· Minimum Diploma/degree holders, major in business management, marketing, communications etc. would be preferable but not a must.

· Retail experience is preferred.

· Intermediate Excel understanding and skill preferred.

· Holding a driving licence and able to drive in overseas (MUST).

· Able to cope with fast work pace and meticulous to details.

· Candidates are required to be bilingual; livestream shows are done in both Chinese and English.

· Must be prepared to travel overseas (90%) for livestream shows when required.

· Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various time zones.

Job Description:
· Perform periodic and ad hoc AML reviews on the existing Retail Banking Individual Customers including transactional reviews in accordance to MAS regulation guidelines
· Ensure all KYC reviews performed comply with the bank’s established policies, procedures and controls
· Recommending appropriate course of action for closure/exclusion/refer cases.
· Follow up with front liners/touchpoints on the update of KYC info of customers for every AML review
· Assist to prepare or generate compliance related tracking reports (50%)
· Assist in Adhoc projects

Recruiter's Comments/What we are looking for:
· Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience in AML/KYC
· Basic understanding of MAS Notice 626
· Meticulousness - Due to the nature of work on KYC Screening/ Post-Suspicious Transaction Reporting STR Review
· MS Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup etc) - For business reporting & tracking on daily/monthly basis (50% of the job duties will revolve around this)
· Business Process Design Thinking: The team's business process is routed their internal AML/KYC system into other departments which might ultilize different platforms such as Salesforce

Working Days & Hours: (can choose either 1)

• 5 days per week, 2 off days per week, retail hours 10am to 9pm
• 5 off days every 2 weeks (eg. 3 off days this week, 2 off days next week), retail hours 9am to 9pm

Salary Package: Basic $1800 + $200 Meal Allowance + OT + Commission (after probation)
**Fixed OT (around $100-$200) & adhoc OT (OT pay after 44 hrs)
**Commission vary by brands, price and season ($500 to $2k+ for starting)
**will have appraisal every year (increment of basic & career progression)
