Based in the Raffles Place area, Client is a Wealth Management client and looking for a Junior Business Admin to assist the Director . The candidate will report to the Office Manager for this role. We prefer the candidate to be able to start work in Jan 2025.
About the role
The job scope of this Junior Admin is as follows:
1) Handle Premium Notice and Renewal , Ensure Client's Premium Paid and Policy
Renewed.
2) Follow up on Claim with Insurer and Hospital, Clinic
3) Client Servicing - Birthday Listing of client.
4) Do Insurance, Investment Submission Related Paperwork
5) Preparing Investment, Insurance Docs for Client Review
6) Updating of the client’s Customer Knowledge Assessment via insurer portal
7) Take Call and assist client on queries by checking with Superior or Account
Manager of Insurer.
8) Updating of Monthly Expenses
9) Mailing of Documents
10) Adhoc Task by superior.
Skills and experiences Requirements :
1) Meticulous and Can think on Job
2) Have Experience working for IFA preferred of 2 years or more. Minimally, Have
Experience working for an insurance agent.
3) This person has to be able to work independently and attitude is the key.
5) Love coordination and being great at handling paperwork.
