Job scope:

• To curate a revised version of a step-by-step guide (Manual) on the list of government e-services.

To assist to collate, analyse and write reports relating to statistics, surveys and feedback and other administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized customer service and conduct sales consultations to meet customer needs
• Efficiently follow up on sales leads and inquiries
• Ensure cleanliness and proper display in the work area
• Facilitate the collection of deposits and payments from customers
• Prepare customized quotations based on customer requirements
• Manage sales projects from initiation to completion
