Affiliate Marketing Manager
Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months
Maker Lab supports clients in technology, entertainment, financial services, and the payments industry. We’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and support our clients in the FinTech industry.
We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager to manage and optimise the affiliate program. In this role, you will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with affiliate partners. Your expertise in performance marketing and data analysis will be instrumental in maximising the effectiveness of affiliate channels.
Role:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, including partner onboarding, contract negotiation, performance tracking, reporting, and timely payments.
- Proactively identify, recruit, and engage new affiliate partners across all markets, focusing on finding partners who align with our target audience and brand values.
- Collaborate with agency partners to analyse program data, identify optimisation opportunities, and implement strategies to improve conversion, click-through, and overall ROl.
- Partner with marketing and commercial teams to ensure affiliate offers and content are tailored to resonate with local markets, taking into account cultural nuances and language preferences.
- Cultivate solid and productive relationships with affiliate partners, providing them the support and resources needed to promote products and services effectively.
- Prepare regular performance reports that track key metrics such as partner performance, program ROl, and customer acquisition costs. Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
You:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of 5+ years in performance marketing, with a strong preference for experience in affiliate marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics. Proficiency in using data to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Prior experience in B2B or fintech marketing is a plus. A strong understanding of the financial services landscape and the specific challenges businesses face in managing cross-border payments is highly desirable.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Must be comfortable working independently and collaborate with globally distributed teams.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
