Job Description & Requirements

You will report to Director, Business and your duties will include:

Business Development

1. Liaise and effectively engage with local/overseas partners and agents for direct student recruitment drives and marketing activities.

2. Actively manage, maintain, and evaluate agents according to the Agent Management System.

3. Keep abreast of industry trends and issues affecting the educational industry to help the school stay ahead of the competition. Gather market intelligence on competitors.

4. Conduct school tours and provide post tour follow up to enrolment.

Student Enrolment and Administration

1. Handle enquiries from Agents, Parents or students regarding enrolment and admission test.

2. Responsible over admission test arrangement and scheduling of all incoming applicants’ admission tests and admission interviews.

3. Invigilate ongoing test, physically or online.

4. Ensuring sample admission papers are available and marked admission test papers are returned within stipulated time frame.

5. Handling all other matters regarding student applications and admission.

6. Work closely with Student Admissions and Student Services to ensure smooth induction of new students.

Marketing

1. Plan and execute advertising and promotion concepts that are aligned to the Business Development Plan.

2. Social Media – content planning, design creatives, and mange publication of all SFMS official social media accounts to increase brand awareness.

3. Ensure compliance of corporate branding and positioning.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma in Business / Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Experienced applicants will be considered for Senior Executive position.
• Proficient in photo/video-editing software and has prior experience in professional video and photo-taking
• Social media creatives.
• Possess Design and IT Skills for preparation of marketing collaterals.

Sales Coordinator

This is a permanent position attached to a SME in the import and export business and with regional offices. Location: East.

Job Scope

-Processing of Purchase Orders

-Preparation of Invoices

-Follow up and monitor customers’ complaints and overdue payment

-General clerical duties, including filing, a compilation of reports as and when required.

-Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the Sales Team / Directors.

-Support and follow-up for sales activities.

-Follow up with suppliers on price negotiation, offers and/ or existing customer orders.

-Liaise with logistics team with matters pertaining to importation and exportation.

-Keep information accessible by sorting and filing documents.

– Accomplish the Company’s mission by completing related results as needed.

-Report meeting minutes and any issue which leads to unwelcome situations to the supervisor.

Requirements

-3 years and above of sales experience for B to B.

-Tertiary or higher level of education.

• Attend to walk-in customers in the retail boutique.
• Handle Singapore dealers accounts.

JOB SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop attractive visual content for emailer campaigns and ads for all brands
• Develop & manage attractive campaigns & manage promotional collaterals to boost sales, as well as drive traffic to website and social media platforms
• Assist with menu changes and design updates
  developing a compelling and engaging social media content calendar for the Group’s social media platforms, as well as exploring other potential platforms for greater online engagement and visibility.
• Monitor and collate data of all digital marketing platforms (social media and websites Google Analytics) i.e. number of impressions, unique visits, number of followers, link clicks, weekly sales, etc.
• Identify digital marketing trends and market activities
• Support the maintenance & updates of all marketing design collateral, in-house website platforms & eCommerce platforms e.g. Website, Chope, Oddle, etc
• Update website copy and promotional design collateral
• Organize and participate in Quarterly Promotions meetings and action plan post-meeting
• Other related tasks as and when assigned
  

• Candidate must have at least 1 year experience in maid agency and with CEI BASIC
• To handle walk-in and phone/message sales enquiries
• To update helpers bio-data
• To recommend most suitable helpers to the employers based on their requirements
• To arrange and conduct interviews between the employers and helpers
• Process all necessary documentation required.
• To provide after-sales services and follow-up call
• To assist to resolve conflicts between the helper and employer whenever required
• Must be able to work on weekend
• Basic up to $3,500 + Commission $150 per successful new placement
• 14 days Annual Leave
• 5 Working Days (11am-8pm on weekdays and 11am to 7pm on weekends) Requirements:
