• Translate Veeva’s goals into truly integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for key geographies, product lines, and customer segments that support the achievement of quarterly and annual goals

Requirements

• 7+ years leading a major marketing function in the Asia region in hyper-growth B2B software, particularly in a high ASP, low churn model
• 10+ years of Enterprise Software marketing experience - Managing the full marketing mix, not just demand gen
• Extensive on-the-ground experience in the North Asia tech markets (Japan, Korea, or China)
• Led the Asia marketing function for a U.S Tech company, including extensive experience in Japan, Korea or China
• Strong communication skills and background (verbal and written)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve individual sales target by conducting the full sales cycle of lead generation, follow-up, service delivery and closure of transaction.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

1. Manages Business Leaders Group efforts in identifying, building and maintaining relationships Prominent Business Leaders (PBLs), key opinion leaders (KOLs) and local Youth Business Leaders (YBLs) with significant economic interests in both China and Singapore, and other countries.
2. Develop strategies to support Singaporean businessmen and Chinese businessmen by facilitating engagements and fostering deeper links between the groups.

Plan and execute Business China’s Advanced Leaders Programme (ALP) and ALP Alumni Programme, including marketing and recruitment efforts, identifying potential participants, coordinating programmes, and overseeing administrative and logistical matters related to the execution of the programmes for Singapore and overseas components.
4. Foster and maintain relationships with the ALP Alumni EXCO
5. Lead and manage the curation of BLG’s regular programme series, including theme scoping, speakers’ management and event management. Conduct hosting of the event should the need arises.
6. Produce BLG-related Media invites /Pre-publicity / FB posts /on-site support /event reports / thank you notes etc in both English and/or Mandarin.
7. Draft and edit admin programmes/ speeches/ supplements/ official letters/ interview questions/ collateral write-ups as and when required in both English and/or Mandarin.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin – written and verbal communication skills.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Degree in Business, Marketing, Chinese Studies, Social Science, Public Relations, Journalism, International Relations, or other relevant disciplines.
3. Good knowledge and interest in China and International relations.
4. Prior international experience preferred (especially in Greater China region). At least 3-10 years of relevant working experience or at least 2 years of working experience in events management, such as organizing conferences, forums, and webinars.
5. This is an individual contributor role, although you may lead project teams. Being a self-starter is essential, especially in the area of stakeholder/partner engagement/management.
