About the role
The Pre-Sales & Delivery Lead will oversee the Solutions team to plan, execute, and deliver complex software
projects. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and
ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will
have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record in
delivering SaaS solutions.
This role is based in Singapore where you’ll work directly alongside our founders and leadership team to
grow our business globally. This is the perfect role for someone who is eager to bring immediate impact
and shape our global sales organization.
How you’ll contribute
● Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
● Lead project kickoff meetings to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project
execution, monitoring progress against the plan, and making adjustments as necessary.
● Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent
communication.
● Address client concerns and provide regular updates on project status.
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and customer success, to
ensure seamless project delivery.
● Facilitate regular team meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment.
● Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
● Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
● Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
● Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Oversee the testing and validation of software solutions prior to deployment.
● Implement best practices for project management and software development.
● Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective delivery.
● Allocate resources effectively to ensure project objectives are met.
● Prepare regular financial reports for senior management.
● Track and report on project performance metrics, including delivery timelines, budget adherence,
and client satisfaction.
● Provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
● Utilize project management tools to maintain accurate project documentation.
Who you are
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP or similar
certification is a plus.
● At least 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development
and delivery.
● Proven track record of managing and delivering complex SaaS projects.
● Proven experience in leading and mentoring solutions teams.
● Strong technical background with knowledge of software development processes and
methodologies.
● Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
