What we offer

Requirements

• An undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, and an interest in a career within finance is a must
• Familiarity with cross-border transactions, performing financial and valuation analysis, strong financial modelling experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, work organization and client interfacing skills
• Strong problem solving skills, able to identify issues and provide solutions
• Positive attitude and able to handle stress

Overview:

You'll be responsible for the sales and strategic planning of marketing and development initiatives across various sectors, including Institutions, Community Bands, Military Bands, Dealers. The overarching goal is to achieve consistent growth, profitability, and operational efficiency while supporting dealers in meeting their sales targets. In addition, you’ll also be involved in sales activities, monitoring of market trends, optimizing inventory levels, executing advertising and promotional programs, formulating pricing policies, monitoring competitors, and supporting event marketing efforts.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Advertising and Promotional Programs:Develop and execute advertising and promotional programs to drive business plans.

• Pricing Policy and Competitor Monitoring:Formulate and implement pricing policies considering order forecasting and inventory control.
  Monitor competitors and other marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above, preferably related in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Sales and Marketing roles, preferably in the relevant industry.
• Competence in using digital tools and platforms for communication, presentations, and sales tracking.
• Experience in playing a Wind, Percussion or String instrument will be an added advantage.
