Duties and Responsibilities
Experience in advising on corporate finance matters including fund-raising projects, M&A, capital restructuring, takeovers, etc.
Execution of corporate finance / M&A / advisory mandates, including pre-IPO / private equity investment in both sell side and/ or buy side capacity
Able to lead IPO and co-ordinate IPOs, M&A exercises, etc.
Familiarity with SGX listing rules and accounting policies.
Relevant knowledge of or listing experience in overseas exchanges will be useful.
Perform financial due diligence for M&A purposes.
Vast knowledge in budgeting, financial forecasting, cashflow analysis, financial analysis etc.
Review and monitor regular reports to track all ongoing and pipeline deals.
Well experienced in reviewing and preparing pitch decks, investor decks, term sheets, etc.
Highly driven with tenacity to drive results and adhere to deadlines.
A leader who is able to engage key stakeholders and communicate effectively with excellent interpersonal skills.
Meticulous with an eye for details. Closely monitor and comply with all deliverables to stakeholders.
Liaison with lawyers, external auditors, internal auditors, tax advisors, sponsors, key decision makers etc.
Ability to source and originate corporate finance transactions would be an advantage.
Requirements
Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other related disciplines.
Qualified Accountant &/ with Big 4 audit background and past tenures with MAS-licensed corporate advisory firms would be favorably considered.
Minimum of 6 years corporate finance experience or 10 years relevant experience; with at least 3 IPO project advisory track record
In-depth knowledge of SFA rules & regulations, guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities, risk management control, listing rules, etc.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsible for processing of mandatory and voluntary corporate action events across all markets. This includes gold copy validation and creation, sending of election instruction, event processing and settlement and resolving reconciliation breaks in Aladdin.
Oversight of outsourced middle office service provider, proxy voting provider, security lending agent and tax reclaim partner.
Proactively investigate discrepancies, follow up and respond to queries from all internal and external stakeholders.
Periodically update standard operating procedure (SOP) and documentation to ensure that these documents remain current and relevant to our business and process workflow.
Perform on-going review of existing processes to ensure control and oversight on middle office service provider remains robust and efficient.
Collaborate with other teams and entities to identify opportunities and drive changes for new and improved workflows and deliver service excellence.
Act as the main liaison point to manage change requests and ad hoc queries raised by stakeholders.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
At least 5 years of experience working in Operations in the Asset Management industry
Degree in Business/Finance or related disciplines
An excellent understanding of a wide range of tradable instruments
Prior experience using Aladdin or reconciliation platforms
Good understanding of Front Office, Trade Lifecycle and Operations processes
Excellent customer focus and high level of accuracy, and attention to detail

· Meet short-term annual revenue and contribution targets in the territory, and maximize revenue and contribution margin in the long-term.
· Establish and maintain close personal contact with key stakeholders and employees at all hierarchical levels in existing customer account(s) via frequent and in-depth visits/consultations.
· Develop maximum understanding of customers’ business plans and technology needs as they relate to Nagravision products & solutions
· Identify and implement sales opportunities for Company products & solutions with existing and NEW business account(s) in a profitable manner
· Analyze Operator ecosystems, including but not limited to telco’s, broadcasters, broadcast network
operators, device vendors and system integrators, with the aim to identify and deliver new business
opportunities to rapid grow the Company business in the territory

• In-depth knowledge of current players in the industry and profound understanding of industry dynamics and trends.
• Knowledge of security services and solutions in in the digital TV environment is a plus
• Demonstrated achievement in sales and new client development; handling and managing a revenue objective of at least US$5m/year.
