• Customer service and customer care functions.
• Coordinate outreach and engagement of self-employed persons. It requires involvement in conceptualisation, planning and execution of activities to promote and market the membership proposition; including but not limited to outreach events, multi-stakeholder events, engagement sessions, membership recruitment roadshows etc.
• Handle administrative functions for events and programmes, membership management and reporting, management of associations’ leadership training and development, and processing of assistance schemes when required.
• Support initiatives to build mindshare as well as to market U FSE and associations’ programmes, national-level initiatives for SEPs/freelancers at the level.

Responsibilities
