As a Business Development Representative, you will carry out commercial activities to generate sales and new business opportunities, and provide after-sales support for clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive sales in commercial spaces for carpark management services.
• Identify new leads and generate new business opportunities.
• Manage car park tenders and prepare sales quotations.
• Manage existing clients and provide after-sales support.
• Conduct revenue analysis and execute marketing efforts to improve sales revenue.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in marketing, business administration or equivalent.
• Proven track record of identifying and qualifying leads.
• Experience in sales and tenders would be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated, acute business sense with an analytical mind and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Preferably good knowledge in both Freight operations and sales processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION

A Learning Area Leader provides strategic leadership and vision for the department to align with the school’s overall mission and values. They lead and mentor the teachers in the department, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. Learning Area Leaders will teach their subjects or disciplines as required.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In addition to the expectations specified in the Subject / Specialist Teacher Job Description, a Learning Area Leader ensures effective pedagogy across the area. They:

• Develop and maintain a collegial and supportive culture in the curriculum area that encourages innovation
• Contribute to the development of whole school strategic planning and lead the vision for the curriculum area
• Develop, curate and communicate the written, taught and assessed curriculum and ensure these comply with awarding bodies practices
• Ensure learners receive timely and meaningful feedback and track progress effectively
• Lead the development of subject area goals and individual goals through the Teacher Professional Enhancement process (TPE)
• Effectively manage delegated budgets and assets and plan to meet curriculum resource needs
• Engage in new staff appointments and recommend appropriate staffing for each course as part of the timetable process
• Support and evaluate quality of teaching in the subject and address professional learning needs
• Use restorative practice to ensure good classroom behaviour
• Establish effective working relationships with colleagues and parents
• Empower children to be reflective and independent learners.
• Participate in all aspects of school life and support holistic education.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the management, stakeholders and reporting manager

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• A recognised teaching qualification
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher qualification) in Business Management, Economics, Education, or a related field
• Evidence of continued relevant professional development
• Experience working with bilingual and multilingual learners and learners with diverse needs
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in an international school environment where the school curriculum focused on PYP, MYP, IGCSE or IBDP
• Coaching accreditation (preferred)
• Previous leadership experience in a school setting is highly desirable
