Your Role

Exposure to Payment processing system/products/applications, payments workflow, various payments scheme and framework
Exposure of payments hub (such GPP, OPF, Icon IPF, ACI UPI etc) integration with bank surround ecosystem is an advantage
Experience of application developer in Microservices architecture
Experience of design and build of integration components
Experience in data structures and algorithms, design patterns and object-oriented design principles.
Experience building highly scalable distributed systems.
Experience of building a resilient application/product with supports high throughput, supports high-volume/TPS, 24x7x365,
Strong skills in key J2EE technologies like Core Java, EJB, JSP, JDBC, Java Mail, XML, JAXP, JAAS, JMS, JSTL, JTA, batch
Experience with various integration design patters (API, MQ etc.)
Frameworks experience – Spring/Hibernate/Struts/Jasper/Quartz
Good knowledge of MongoDB (preferred), MYSQL etc.
Fully conversant on Interface design, Database design, OOAD
Experience CI:CD process and tools like Jenkins
Ability to work in a team/individually and handle deadlines

Responsibilities : Ability to execute the tasks as per the instructions or run books provided by the team lead or architect and basis requirements.
Perform Payment Hub related build and integration activities
Support system architecture, design, support cross business area.
Ability to own end-to-end application delivery for specified projects, identifying and engaging all technical component teams.
Ensuring project designs are compliant to architectures standards.
Experience in self-driving the delivery/development process leading and managing a team (applicable for Senior Developers)
Support Design, develop, implement, and maintain series of programs, subsystem, revision and enhancement of existing apps.
Support the deployment activity as per the processes defined.
Ensure all the prerequisites are met prior to initiating any deployment tasks. Execute rollback procedures, if required
Troubleshoot incidents during deployment.
Perform operational readiness tasks and ensure production acceptance criteria are met.
Ensure functional and NFR requirements (Capacity, availability, response times, fault tolerance etc.) are delivered as agreed.

Overview:
To enhance collaboration between the APAC and HQ marketing teams, optimize marketing efforts, and drive business growth in the APAC region.

Key Components:

• Communication Channels: Establish and maintain efficient communication channels between APAC and HQ marketing teams to ensure alignment and information flow.
• Marketing Coordination: Coordinate marketing activities across the APAC region to ensure consistency and synergy with overall marketing strategy.
• Content Development: Develop engaging content, including social media posts and case studies, informed by insights from the sales team.
• Budget Management: Manage and oversee the marketing budget for the APAC region, ensuring expenditures are within the approved limits.

Deliverables:

• Communication Bridge: Facilitate seamless and effective information flow between APAC and HQ marketing teams.
• Marketing Campaigns: Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns that align with the overall marketing strategy and drive regional growth.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality social media content and case studies based on sales team feedback and market insights.
• Budget Oversight: Oversee and control marketing expenditures, ensuring adherence to the approved budget and efficient use of resources.

Job Purpose

This role contributes to Group Insurance business role through acquisition of new business through the various distribution channel

Responsibilities:

· Prospecting and marketing Group Insurance solution and services to distribution channel partners

· Develop distribution channel value proposition and engagement activities to increase sales opportunities.

· Ability to work as a field business underwriter on risk assessment and management

· Establish and maintain strong business relationship with channel partners

· Ensure services level commitments to channel partners and clients are meet. KPIs for service level are incorporate in performance review.

· Require to contribute to product development and services review to ensure offerings remains competitive

· Require to coordinate and work with internal stakeholders on placement of new policies, claims management and credit control governance.

· Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

· Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.

· Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Requirements

· Tertiary degree or diploma or equivalent industry qualifications;

· Minimum 3-5 years working experience in sales and marketing in the Employee Benefits /Group Insurance;

· Possess M9, M5 & Health Insurance qualification;

· Strong knowledge of Life and Health insurance landscape

· Dynamic and driven to achieve business targets; and

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Demonstrates alignment with the organisation’s core values through expected behaviours

· High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.

· Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
