This position is responsible for the prospecting and acquiring new accounts, managing accounts of existing clients, addressing customer's requests, complaints and needs as well as foster a long-term relationship with the customer by demonstrating high service standards. 5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services, its competitiveness relative to market products, as well as market and industry trends.

6. Actively source for new prospects and convert them to leads to generate new accounts for the company.

Description

We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has knowledge of customer service best practices to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

Core Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Processing orders via email/phone/ordering App

• Receiving and processing purchase orders

• Issuing sales transaction invoices

• Contacting customers by phone or email to answer products queries and obtain information

• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Accounts teams

• Coordinate with sales, production, logistic teams and drivers to ensure timely deliveries

• Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments

• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records

• Prepare daily/monthly sales report and other ad-hoc reporting when required

• Filing of invoices (monthly payment customers)

• Any other administrative duties as assigned
