As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will support the most prominent Technology brand in supporting APAC workstreams. Responsibilities:

You:

• Experience with marketing operations across online and offline channels (e.g., website, mobile, retail stores, onsite promotional campaigns), managing launch timelines, and launch programs across diverse markets for the online space
• Ability to synthesise launch schedules and effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally across different teams
• Ability to execute within timelines, with multiple stakeholders and reviewers, and the ability to deliver projects on time with high accuracy

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Communications or related discipline
• At least 1 or 2 years of sales experience in Semiconductor Industry
• Some experience in B2B sales would be an added advantage
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive for results
• Highly motivated and positive mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill

The Opportunity:

Our client, a prominent Japanese automotive manufacturer, is currently looking for a skilled and self-reliant Sales Support Specialist to become a valuable member of their dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in addressing customer requests and inquiries promptly, overseeing the efficient processing of orders, and ensuring timely scheduling of shipment and delivery arrangements.

• Basic up to $3,800 + VB + monthly transport allowance
• Mon-Fri 8.30AM-5.30PM

The Job:

• Collaborate and negotiate with customers, suppliers, and third-party vendors.
• Handle the processing of customer sales orders.
• Arrange daily shipments in coordination with freight forwarders.
• Managing inventory.
• Manage cargo and logistics costs effectively.

The Talent:

• Min. A Level or Diploma in Business Administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel.
• Familiar with shipping documentations/arrangements.
