-Handle overseas business account

-Collaborate and communicate effectively with all customers and source for new clients in asia/overseas market

-Experienced in handling shipping documentation will be advantage

-Liaise/ co-ordinate with suppliers/shipping agency/customers

-Previous career or experience in manfacturing for vietnam market will be plus point

-Handles and oversees other duties and responsibilities as assigned

-contact all clients on related overseas sales target market indoor outdoor sales

-Assist the director in all paper work matters translated in vietnam preferably

-Assist to be the Liaison officer with the respective pool of overseas customers to maintain/update records

-Liaising with vendors/suppliers for overseas orders for quotation, arrangement of delivery order and invoicing matters

-Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the immediate manager

-General clerical duties and to work closely with admin department

-Good ability to work under pressure, communication and patience

-Excellent communication, interpersonal skills

-Good analytical and problem solving skills

-Able to multi-task and deliver results under tight timelines

-Able to exercise initiative and provide support and service to customers

-Multi-lingual with proficiency in more than one asean/ vietnam language will be an added advantage

-Fluent English and Vietnam (spoken and written )

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & eCommerce Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will focus on digital marketing strategies, contribute to social media content creation, and assist in managing our eCommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. eCommerce Management

• Platform Support: Assist in managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory on eCommerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and our website.
• Order Processing & Customer Support: Help process orders, handle returns, and respond to customer inquiries to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Sales & Inventory Analysis: Monitor eCommerce sales performance and inventory levels, and provide insights to improve operations.

2. Social Media Content Management

• Content Creation & Scheduling: Develop and schedule social media content that reflects our brand voice and marketing strategy.
• Community Management: Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, fostering a positive online community.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, follower growth) and recommend ways to boost online presence.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with social media trends and offer creative ideas to enhance content and engagement.

3. Digital Marketing

• Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and web ads.
• SEO & SEM: Help drive website traffic by applying SEO best practices and supporting paid advertising efforts (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to produce engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and landing pages.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and suggest improvements for future strategies.
• Website & IT Support: Assist with website content updates, product listings, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth online operations.

Necessary training will be provided if needed.

SALARY：$1600-$1800+ FIXED INCENTIVES $175+commission
