How you will Contribute:

• Marketing Promotions: Develops, executes, and measures success of marketing promotion plans, activities, and budgets to support revenue goals. • Sales Support: Provides sales support tools and templates for each stage of the sales and engagement funnel, including presentations, emails, fact sheets, website landing pages, and product information pages.  

• Market/Member Feedback: Participates in regional events, to share key news about AACSB and facilitates feedback from the field to inform internal stakeholders.  

• Event Support: Collaborates with the regional heads and advocacy teams on managing the master event schedule and budget where AACSB is a presenter, exhibitor, or sponsor. Serves as onsite support for AACSB learning and development, member outreach, and advocacy events as required, including social media coverage and media relations support.

The HR Business Partner will provide support to the German Section and Preschool of the school.

The role will support designated departments in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Performance Management, Engagement and Retention. The role will also act as an HR Consultant within the German Academic Sections and Preschool, supporting closely on people matters for those employed in the German Section and Preschool.

This position reports to the Director of HR and will work collaboratively with the HR Team and be a direct Business Partner to the Academic Directors of German Section and Preschool at GESS supporting the following key areas:

Talent Acquisition

· Drive critical efforts to deliver against strategic head count goals by partnering with hiring managers to leverage process, programs and technology to drive improvement and efficiency.
