Job Summary

Develop, formulate and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve CDL Sales and Marketing Department's KPIs

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular market research, prepare and present weekly presentation slides on market trends and competitors’ sales
• To lead in conceptualization and development of sales gallery and show units
• Liaise with relevant authorities to obtain approval to open sales gallery for preview
• Ensure sales gallery and show units are in smooth operation
• Appoint and manage marketing agencies to ensure sales targets are met
• Compile sales kit and conduct briefing (virtual and physical) to agents for new launches
• Formulate pricing strategies as well as execute marketing plans and activities
• Review and process agents’ commission on time and with accuracy
• Handle after-sales administration and implementation of sales documents

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and acquiring new clients, including payment collection.
• Managing and retaining the relationship with clients throughout the project duration and acting as the main point of contact between client and vendor organisation.
