About This Role

Renewal Sales Representative

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Renewal Sales Representative role will focus on account management and sales renewals where you will generate new revenue as part of an inside sales team. You will articulate the value of products or services to customers and accountable for revenue retention motions including product/service contract renewals, extension, upsell and expansion.

• Works with complex and large territory/account, products/services, sales or account management processes and may serve as subject matter expert.

Competencies

• You will provide renewal selling services or solutions to a dedicated territory in Malaysia and other SEA region. Each region will be managed by a dedicated Renewal Sales Representative as an account manager. Candidates with excellent command of Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia and English language, cultural nuisance are encouraged to apply for this role as it requires business language liaison with each territory.
