Position Overview:
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with KOLs, social media influencers and working closely with teams to achieve goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with KOLs and social media influencers to expand brand influence and market reach.
- Network effectively with industry leaders, KOLs, and influencers to forge strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development and sales within DEX, CEX, and Web3 product, with a demonstrated strong understanding of decentralized technologies and trading dynamics.
- Experience in engaging with KOLs and social media influencers and leveraging their influence.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a keen interest in startup environment.
