Job Responsibilities:

• Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
• Gathers requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers
• Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
• Supports one or more highly complex business processes
• Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders/business owners to gather and analyse requirements and validate solution from internal technical team and system integrators.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external consultants to troubleshoot and resolve issues with SAP systems and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into detailed business cases (aka BRD/MR) and validating the corresponding system documentation such functional specifications.
• Configure SAP modules to meet business requirements, document and execute test plans to validate SAP configurations and customizations, ensuring accuracy and reliability of SAP systems.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years working experience as internal consultant to business stakeholders/operations champion, by providing specialist advice as a Subject Matter Expert. Understand current business processes challenges or system workflow and identify areas for improvement.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst or SAP Consultant
• Experience in working with BAPIs and Interfaces
• Experience in providing SIT/UAT test scenario, functional testing and coordinating the troubleshooting of defects & implementation of change request.
• Experience with SAP configuration and customization is desirable, along with a basic understanding of ABAP programming language.
• Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies, with experience participating in SAP implementation or enhancement projects.
• Willing to participate in global meetings/discussions at non-APJ hours.
• Working hours is from 9am (UTC+08:00)
