Role Purpose:

To deliver year on year sales and revenue growth targets for the Lonza Cell & Gene Technologies (CGT) business unit. To proactively identify and build a pipeline of deals with new customers and to build relationships with assigned target accounts. To be able to effectively promote current technical capabilities and new technologies (as they become available) to facilitate generation and closing of new clinical and commercial business opportunities in the gene therapy / viral therapy and cell therapy space. ROLE

1. The primary responsibility for the role is to initiate contact with potential and existing customers to generate and qualify sales leads, promote the company’s entire suite of services and “products / supply chain solutions“ and identify sales opportunities. Job Description:

1. Perform sales functions as follows:

• Identify potential clients for the waste management market segments assigned to him/her with the aim to establish cordial and business relations

SERVICE SALES

· Identify and develop potential business opportunities;

· Responsible for maintaining an existing customer base, create new customer accounts and business development;

· To organise weekly operations meetings with Technicians;

· Work closely with Supervisor on assigning right team for jobs;

· Ensure timely deliveries, right quality and quantity of parts to Customers;

· To ensure electrical jobs under projects are completed on time by Technicians;

· Responsible for maintenance of Equipment List and update of all relevant parts details on regular basis;

· To ensure Technicians are always in proper and clean overalls;

· To check on proper housekeeping at the Service Area, Electrical room, truck cleanliness;

· To ensure tools in toolboxes, tools in tool bags, full PPE of technicians, stocks in trucks are checked on a weekly basis;
