Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic digital & social media marketer passionate about education and with a strong track record in developing and executing marketing creatives, content and strategies to promote our school, partner universities and programmes. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and capable of effectively reaching our target audience to drive enrollment and enhance our school's digital and social media reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee and maintain our school's social media presence and create content, banners/images, short video clips, IG reels etc.

● Research and plan content strategy for social media campaigns by considering the latest trends targeting current students, prospects and parents.

● Develop and publish engaging posts that engage audiences and promote our brand.

● Prepare a monthly social media calendar and create the content in advance.

● Analyze social media analytics to measure the campaign's performance, compare the performance with the key competitors, and plan the social media strategies.

● Stay updated about the latest features and other social media platform offerings.

● Design creatives for the website, social media channels, brochures, flyers, and leaflets to support the sales team.

● Generate compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, press release, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.

Capabilities:

● Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.

● In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

1. Perform admission process, including explanation on bill estimation, usage of insurance, and deposit collection.

5. Perform any other tasks as assigned.

6. Timely escalation of cases to supervisor as necessary.

Qualification & Experience:

• Past healthcare work experience is an added advantage.

This is a full-time role for an Ecommerce Sales & Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Singapore. The Ecommerce Sales & Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks associated with optimizing the ROSEONLY website (dotcom) for sales as well as developing and executing marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- Analytical Skills and Sales experience

- Experience in E-Commerce and Marketing Strategy; and other various marketplace channels like Shopee, Lazada, Amazon and etc.

- Able to manage various social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitter (X), and plan content schedule via daily/weekly basis

- Strong Project Management skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors, via follow strictly with the company's KPI set in Singapore and other South-East Asia markets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A team player who is able to collaborate with various departments from our design, operation and IT teams in China

- Ability to communicate in Chinese

- Prior experience in a managerial role is a plus

- A degree/diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

The ideal candidate should be able to think strategically, be highly analytical and results-driven, and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Google Analytics, SEO and Facebook Ads is desirable.
