The Fixed Income Division (FID) is comprised of Interest Rate and Currency Products, Credit Products and Distribution. Professionals in the Division assess and actively manage risk, trade securities, and structure as well as execute innovative transactions in the fast-paced and constantly changing global markets. The Commodities Division is a market leader across a broad range of commodities markets, with expertise in areas including client risk management, financing solutions and investor products Sales & Trading.

Asia Corp Sales team covers corporate clients across local corporates and multinationals across Fx, interest rates, and Commodities products. The sales team transacts with this diverse set of clients on a high frequency basis across currencies and products (FX, FX options, Bonds, Interest Rate swaps, interest rate options, government bonds etc.) Sales team represents the firm in front of clients and work very closely with internal stakeholders including traders, structurers, and research analysts to provide best in class execution and coverage to external clients.

The role will require a fast-learning, dynamic, pro-active and self-motivated person to assist the team in performing day to day tasks which includes (i) post-trade processing (ii) account onboarding work (iii) ad-hoc reporting works and (iv) other ad hoc works.

This role requires an individual who likes to work in a high intensity environment with steep learning curve given the fast moving nature of the macro markets.

The role involves working on –

• Regular Market Color Update/Daily Tasks – preparing regular market update/trade ideas , updating/refreshing trading axes, positioning report and flow report
• Post-trade Processing - assist in post-trade processing – tie-ing out PVs, trade recaps, trade bookings
• Account Onboarding Work: Working with main sales coverage in coordinating and liasing internally and externally on account onboarding tasks
• Other Ad-Hoc administrative work: electronic client onboarding, liaise on trade settlement related issues, creating research access for clients

Reporting Lines:

This position reports directly to the College Director. The incumbent’s primary role is to support the College Director in:

· Faculty management;

· Modules content and assessments management;

· Preparation, maintenance & dissemination of Students’ Academic records;

· Enforce the College’s Academic policies and procedures from admissions to graduation.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Primary point of contact for liaison & management of Faculty;

· Modules’ content and assessments administration;

· Responsible for the security of all examination, assignments & test questions and marked scripts;

· Scheduling of invigilators for examinations;

· Collation and input of student grades into the Student Management System (SMS) for all assessments, examinations, presentations and other students’ works after moderation meetings by the Examination Board;

· Release of students’ results, and issue of Graduation Certificates and Transcripts;

· To attend Academic and Examination Board meetings as required;

· Provide inputs to the College Director regarding the effectiveness of academic and quality assurance policies and practices at the College;

· Assist the Admission Consultant(s) with students’ counselling for academic and disciplinary matters as and when required;

· Member of Academic Appeals Committee;

· Assist the College Director in the tracking of student attrition;

· Assist the College Director in the tracking of student attendance;

· Processing and checking applications for student deferment, withdrawal, and programme transfers, submitted by the Admission Consultant(s) for approval by the College Director.

Job Summary

As a Lead Business Analyst in our cross-functional squads, you will support the Product Owners in driving the outcomes of the squad to deliver on their objectives and key results. You will work closely with the Product Owners in creating business requirements to achieve business goals and develop the overall product roadmap. You must have proficiency in AI/ML based advanced analytics and have experience in driving digital transformation projects in Wealth Management.

We are looking for talented individuals who can be effective leaders with functional and operational expertise. You must be a strong communicator who builds trust-based relationships within the squad and amongst stakeholders.

The candidate must possess at least 5 plus years of experience in Banking / Wealth Management. The candidate must have proficiency in Data & Analytics and Recommendation systems which include Rule based, Decision trees, advance analytics and machine learning, as well as strong understanding of data platforms and data interfaces. Experience in solution designing and stakeholder management is a plus.

Business
• Create Business requirements and follow through with walkthrough with Technology team for functional implementation
• Create use cases / framework around the analytics space (e.g. AI / NLP / NLU)
• Support the Product Owners for implementation of digital advisory tools from ideation, design, development, and adoption
• Identify, refine and document business requirements throughout the life cycle of implementation
• Design and develop platform and supporting data sources/interface
• Perform analysis and prepare test cases covering various scenarios
• Participate in UAT and ensure contribution towards successful delivery/implementation
• Ensure proper documentation and sign off from stakeholders are properly maintained
• Liaise with key stakeholders and reporting teams and with application vendors as applicable

• 5+ years in Digital banking initiatives especially on Mobile Banking, Online Banking, RM dashboard, or any other digital channels or devices.

Job Description:

• Provide professional wealth management and investment services to HNW clients and family offices (funds, forex, futures, insurance etc.) based on their investment needs and objectives;
• Develop new business opportunities with new clients through personal and professional networks;
• Develop business partnerships with distribution channels on fund products;
• Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve the sales targets;
