We're looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team inLondon / Singapore as part of our Marketing function.
Your Role: You will play a pivotal role in helping our brands succeed in their marketing automation efforts. You will be executing comprehensive Marketo programs and partnering closely with brands/Marketing Manager/Marketing Operations to become an invaluable resource and extension of their team.
You will be analysing data integrity issues (accuracy, duplication, and completeness), driving processes/systems to resolve these issues, and confidently communicating solutions to the internal team are essential responsibilities. You should also be comfortable advancing strategies with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
● Collaborate closely with marketing team stakeholders to drive campaign production, execution, and operations Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns
● Design, localise, automate, and optimise regional demand generation campaigns using Marketo
● Manage data, including segmentation analysis, list management, and lead processes in Salesforce (CRM)
● Develop and execute marketing automation strategies to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
● Configure and manage marketing automation within Marketo
● Work with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement effective solutions
● Build and maintain automated campaigns across various channels
● Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation
● Train and support team members on using marketing automation tools and processes effectively
● Improve data integrity operations where possible
Your Experience
● Strong hands on experience with Marketo
● HTML knowledge is a plus
● Excellent troubleshooting skills
● In-depth knowledge of marketing automation processes, including lead management, campaign management, and online marketing
● Expertise with CRM applications, such as Salesforce.com
● Hands-on experience with enterprise-level Marketing Automation systems (Marketo experience desired)
● Experience with project management tools, like Monday.com / Hive
● Marketo Certification (highly desirable)
