Key Responsibilities: 1. In-Store Operations:
- Keep store to be clean, manage inventory, and ensure products are displayed properly.
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
2. Online Sales:
- Upload and update new arrivals on the online platform.
- Respond patiently to customer inquiries and manage the full sales process from start to finish.
3. Luxury Bag Knowledge:
- Have a deep understanding of luxury bags, know the pricing range of various brands and categories, and keep up with industry trends.
- Display a passion and dedication to the luxury goods industry.
4. Walk-In Service and Reporting:
- Record store foot traHic and report the data to the sales manager regularly.
5. Community Engagement:
- Actively expand and engage with the community, maintain customer relationships, and foster connections to increase sales.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong understanding and interest in the luxury goods market, particularly in luxury bags.
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and online. - Ability to manage time eHiciently and handle multiple tasks. - Team player with a proactive attitude.
Language Requirement:
Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
