- Salary (Depend on experience) : Up to $6000 Gross (Up to $5200 Basic + Transport allowance) + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for direct sale of vacuum pumps, systems, parts and services in Singapore. Be accountable for both individual and Company’s sales target to be determined by the General Manager.
- Lead the sales team into breaking new grounds and penetrate the key market segments as in; Food process, Hospital, Petrochemical, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Electronics, Semiconductor etc.
- Undertake the leadership role among sales staffs towards developing new and key accounts and strive towards achieving the Key Process Indicators (KPI), sales goals and objectives.
- Assist the Sales Manager and be responsible for the training and development of inside and outside sales staffs.
- Responsible for briefing the sales team to engage the customers on a day-to-day basis to initiate, respond and coordinate inquiries and selling activities.
- Assist the Sales Manager in quarterly forecasting and meeting monthly and yearly “Sales turnover” target
- Assist the General Manager in compiling sales data and information; track and report selling effort
- Be accountable for the various selling activities; play a key role in the evaluation and decision making process arising from the Sales Funnel Report (SFR).
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify market price for various S.E. Asian countries.
- Handle sales inquiries and generate proposal to customers for sale of pumps and spare parts.
- Initiate the creation of sales leads, follow up on sales opportunities and take ownership to follow up on quotations.
- Working closely with customers to find application possibilities and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify market price for various customers and market segments in Singapore.
- Conduct product and application training.
Requirements:
- Diploma or ITE graduate in Engineering or any Engineering discipline is required.
- 1-2 years of selling experience in industrial products within the Electronic, Semiconductor, Biomedical, Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Pharmaceutical segment.
- Knowledge of pumps and field experiences can be an advantage but not mandatory.
