We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our Private 5G based in the US.  This role focuses on sell-through and sell-to revenue opportunities within the top service providers, technology partners and Enterprise customers in the US. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for understanding and influencing customer-specific technology requirements, resulting in the adoption of Palo Alto Networks Cybersecurity solutions with our customers and  partners. Qualified applicants should have extensive experience working with Private 5G solutions, and should be familiar with the organizational makeup, core missions and strategies that organizations employ to capture business. The Business Development Manager for Private 5G is responsible for all account communications, customer relationships, technology education and new business development. This role represents opportunity for sales leadership within the Palo Alto Networks Global NetSec team.  This role reports directly to the Director of Private Networks and is a critical part of our GTM team. Requirements:

Qualified candidates should hold at least a Masters degree and possess a minimum of ten (10) years of industry experience in senior positions in marketing related jobs. We are particularly interested in candidates with strong industry experience in AI, technology and digital marketing. Candidates with a strong professional network that can facilitate connections between NBS and the industry will be favorably viewed. Preference will also be given to candidates who demonstrate evidence of thought leadership and scholarship in the form of, but not limited to, good-quality publications, book chapters, written cases, pedagogical research, impactful creative works, or patents.

Successful candidates will be expected to design and promote executive education programmes tailored for professionals, contribute to curriculum development, oversee course administration, and teach a range of courses, including technology and marketing, digital marketing, and marketing analytics at the undergraduate/graduate/executive levels.

The remuneration package for the post will be highly competitive and commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.

1) Role and Responsibility

a) Lead the sales activities to the assigned region in Central Asia and South Asia for MOII group portfolio of products

b) Manage the entire trade process from negotiation, sales to contract signing to supply delivery and receipt of full payment.

c) Capture the sales against the agreed target volume and margins with the existing customer base and new customers.

d) Work closely with the company support teams to ensure contracts are executed smoothly within the company guidelines and policies.

2) Must have extensive experience:

c) Experience in selling specialty oils and fats (eg cocoa butter alternatives and pastry margarines)

d) Selling experience to different segments of markets including industrial customers and distributors.

e) Has managed overseas distributors / agents, by setting sales targets, give product training, follow-up on new business.

f) Able to understand intrinsic needs of customers using specialty oils and fats by recommending the appropriate products to achieve the desired final product.

g) Has the ability to guide the customers with food trends and suggest appropriate product type in collaboration with our R&D applications team.

3) Other requirements:

a) Has a science-based / engineering-based degree from a recognized- university.

b) Able to communicate clearly with presentation in Power-Point to customers and management.

c) Able to travel 2 weeks in every 6-8 weeks.
