Job Scope
Marketing Roles:
* Manages website, social media outreach, and other marketing platforms
* Establishes, develops, and maintains positive business and client relationship
* Oversees Professional Licenses and Memberships, and other related office contracts
HR Roles:
* Organises and maintains personnel records
* Updates internal databases (e.g. attendance, leave)
* Prepares HR documents (e.g. employment contracts, etc) and delivers HR processes (e.g. onboarding, exit clearance, etc)
* Liaise with external partners, e.g. insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
* Creates and presents reports on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates, punctuality, urgent leave)
* Answers employees’ queries about HR-related issues
* Assists payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, work schedules, etc)
* Other ac hoc duties
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills & organisational skills
* Proactive, Independent and resourceful
* Able to take up responsibilities as and when duties are assigned
* Keen eye for detail and meticulous
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good MS office skills
* Able to commence immediately or within short notice
* Diploma/ Degree in Marketing / Business or related field of study
Office Timing:
Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
Salary packages:
up to 2.5k
