Job Scope:
- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)
(no cold-calling at all!)
- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria
- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors
- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service
- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Job Responsibility

• Manage and distribute incoming leads to respective branch and ensure leads are well follow-up by branch CSOs
• Follow-up closely with branch on customers’ bookings and turn-up
• Answer customers’ enquiries from all forms of channels; Social Medias, WhatsApp, Google, Emails etc
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, draft, memos and emails
• Assist in resolving any administrative problems
• Generate reports and analysis
• Making calls from leads given by company
• Any other duties assigned from time to time by the company

• Computer and smart phone savvy
