Key Responsibilities

• Present weekly sales reports to management and lead weekly sales strategy meetings.
• Conduct site surveys with the technical team and prepare accurate quotes.
• Actively seek new business opportunities and follow up on sales bids and leads.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and providing exceptional service.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and keep CRM updated.
• Communicate with installers and contractors for smooth project delivery and facilitate post-sale transitions.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
• Obtain necessary licenses and manufacturer certifications.
• Participate in industry training and support team members to achieve KPIs.
• Develop and maintain vendor relations and read architectural and mechanical drawings for HVAC projects.
• Recommend and sell HVAC products to leads and current customers.
• Assist HVAC specialists with installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Contact customers and provide quotes for recommended services.
• Write proposals and contracts.
