As an Application Architect Manager - Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of financial software applications and solutions. About the role

We are looking for Head of Corporate Secretarial who will report to the Country Head of Sleek Singapore and be part of the management team. Given below the Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.

Mission: The Head of Corporate Secretarial leads the team in transforming and automating processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and team competency through structured training. They are responsible for hiring, team development, and driving the business unit's profitability, with a focus on delivering client satisfaction through accuracy and efficiency.

• Implement structured training to eliminate knowledge gaps and ensure the team stays updated on regulatory changes.

The role

As our Business Development Trainee, you will be trained to take up responsibility for the development of key strategic distribution partners in line with the company’s vision for growth. The Business Development Trainee will be responsible for managing and developing current export wholesale sales whilst also identifying and developing new business opportunities within a global marketplace. The position will require a proactive approach to maintaining an excellent working relationship with established customers/distributors and finding new opportunities for growth. Working for a high-end Singapore-based fastening brand, you will be responsible for the export sales and growth of our global business. As an Export Business Development, you will be the Company’s face to the international market and will represent the Company to end-users, distributors, and specifying consultants. The primary task of Export Business Development is the acquisition, growth, and expansion of sales revenue and profitability. You will maximize the Company’s accounts (target, new & existing) by partnering with them in assigned territories to direct clients towards the Company’s solutions. This includes all product lines to increase sales and market share. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening primary and secondary relationships at all levels to establish our brands as the first choice for the clients and influencers that result in an overall increase in sales and market share. You will lead with persuasive steps in the sales process including qualifying, specifying, relationship building, evaluation, solution development, presentation, and strong closing.

The Business Development Trainee is expected to leverage materials, training, and support available from the Technical and Marketing teams to achieve its objectives. An Business Development is also expected to implement sales and marketing programs for distributors by developing field sales action plans while he continuously updates himself with supply, demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. He shall manage the distributors by providing them the appropriate directions such that, as a team, the Company’s growth targets are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Plan, establish, communicate and transmit sales objectives to national sales or distributors by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for territories;

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Degree qualified
