Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented campaign and content marketer to drive our scaled acquisition, user adoption and customer marketing programs to support our LinkedIn for Sales business across Asia Pacific.
As a skilled storyteller and creative content creator, you will help drive our scaled virtual lead generation programs and content creation that bring our thought leadership and the enabling prowess of LinkedIn Sales Navigator to life in engaging content formats suited to our target audience. You will also support the creation of our customer stories and use case library in close partnership with our Customer Success and Global Marketing team.
As a key member in the Asia Pacific Marketing team, you will partner closely with Sales and Customer Success Leadership in Asia as well as with LinkedIn’s global marketing teams in the US and Europe. This role is currently a 12 month position.
Key responsibilities:
- Demand Generation Campaign Marketing: Develop and execute digital campaigns to support lead generation across APAC, tailored to diverse audiences and market nuances. Work with cross-functional teams to create compelling webinars and virtual programs.
- Product Adoption and User Education: As our chief content creator and curator, you will develop simple but engaging ways for our audience to better understand the best practices in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to improve their productivity and outcomes. You will partner closely with our Customer Success and Global Learning platform teams to drive our masterclass series.
- Content Marketing Strategy: Create regional content that elevates our global thought leadership, partnering with our global integrated marketing and regional Insights team. Support the management and content editorial of our Take the Lead podcast.
- Customer Stories and use cases: Champion the development of customer success stories and use cases.
- Lifecycle Marketing: Develop email nurture campaigns to engage our user base and develop our prospects.
- Campaign Measurement: Drive the campaign metrics, partnership with Sales Development teams and reporting process.
- Sales Enablement: Evangelize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, empowering Sales teams to become thought leaders and drive adoption. Deliver sales enablement collateral through presentations and merchandise.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement marketing programs supporting revenue growth.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of campaign, content marketing and demand generation experience
- Experience in marketing across the Asia Pacific
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record in developing successful demand generation campaigns, customer lifecycle engagement programs and outbound acquisition campaigns with the Sales Development Team
- Strong storytelling, content marketing and creation experience, proficient in leveraging a range of different visual, audio and written formats, from video, gifs, graphics to blogs and podcasts.
- Experience in driving webinars and virtual programs
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments.
- Analytical ability to drive measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Expert digital marketing skills, knowledgeable in leveraging LinkedIn advertising
- Proficient in video and graphics editing
- Familiarity with Martech and Sales Tech tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing platforms, and CRMs like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a data-driven approach to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in managing agencies and creative teams to deliver high-quality creative assets.
- Fluency in an additional Asian language is a bonus (Mandarin Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, Japanese, Korean)
