Job Description

• Reporting to Regional Product Manager (RPM)
• Responsibilities includes handling bulk shipments of Methanol. Liaising and coordinating with suppliers and customers as well as shipping agents and inspection companies
• Process and execute documents such as Letter of Credit, Sales and Purchase orders via ERP system, vessel nominations, LOI, calculate final sales price, calculation of demurrages and other shipping and operational documents
• Process tank in and tank out orders via ERP system
• Monitor loading/discharge operations and updating shipments status to the related personnel in a timely manner
• Monthly inventory closing via ERP system
• Sales Orders updating, filing, retrieve ICIS report
• Provide operational support to the firm, its HQ in Europe and other affiliate companies worldwide
• Assist RPM in commercial matters when needed

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder (in any Majors)
• Has at least 3 to 5 years of logistics & operational experience with some knowledge of Letters of Credit and/or shipping documents required
• Has experience with one or more of these areas: LC ,basic incoterm , BL , vessel shipment , tanker knowledge etc .
