Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Prepare Estimated P&L and submit on 1st and 15th on each month.
• Prepare Manpower Costing Charts (MCCs) for all departments and make sound improvements in the utilization of manpower at individual outlets and spot salary discrepancies.
• Prepare analysis reports for CF Department.
• Conduct interview for outlet staffs.
• Upkeep TMS & SAP.

• Coordinate with Department/Section Heads or Outlet Cooks to ensure issues (mainly operations such as Hygiene) raised by HQ are resolved.
• Make sure outlet staff follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Review, amend and create new SOP when needed.
• Create recipe costing with Department/Section Heads or Outlet Cooks.
• Prepare duty rooster for respective Department/Section if needed.
• Help with the redeployment of manpower in emergency situations.
• Calculate Monthly Roving Cost every month and submit to Accounts Department.

Job Description:

• The incumbent shall thrive as part of the performing sales team and will be responsible to attain the set team/individual sales budget, with revenue from product based, leasing and/or solutions-based sales.
• Possess strong sales management skills including but not limited to, tracking and attainment of sales revenue / margin based on forecast, negotiation skills to address all parties’ needs to obtain win-win status, account servicing skills with return customers / account receivable mindset.

Experience, Skill and Competency required:

• 1-3 years of pre-sales, technical sales or sales of construction equipment (such as Forklift, Excavator, Drilling Rig, Crawler Cranes) in construction / engineering industry. Interested applicants who do not possess construction equipment sales background but have ability to demonstrate the competency to be successful on this role, are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with Diploma in Engineering related background will have an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Business Intelligence and Reporting

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and fulfill data needs, providing actionable insights.
• Design and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and monitor business metrics.
• Create and optimize interactive dashboards in AWS QuickSight, transforming complex data into accessible visualizations for decision-makers.
• Generate automated and ad-hoc reports for management to track and analyze critical metrics.
• Customize dashboards to meet specific reporting requirements across business units, ensuring they are user-friendly and provide comprehensive views of key performance metrics.

Data Collection and Integration Planning

• Collaborate with the IT Team to plan and coordinate data collection and integration efforts, ensuring data from various sources, such as sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory records, is effectively captured and managed.
• Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data availability for analysis.

Data Quality and Governance

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all datasets.
• Implement and enforce data governance standards and policies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and develop effective data solutions.

Ad-Hoc Analysis & Support

• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights as needed to address specific business challenges or support key initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues, queries, and discrepancies in reports or visualizations.
• Any adhoc tasks as and when assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, ideally in the retail industry, with a focus on business intelligence and dashboard creation.
• Strong understanding of retail business processes and trends.
• Proficiency in AWS QuickSight and Snowflake, or equivalent cloud-based BI and data warehouse platforms.
• Proficiency in Advanced Ms. Excel formula and data model.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data is essential.
• Experience with Python is advantageous, particularly for data manipulation, automation, and machine learning.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Domain/Business Area:

Key Responsibilities:

· Experience in retail banking with a focus on managing digital banking projects

· Analyses and document end to end detailed requirement in user stories and functional specification document.

· Walkthrough the requirement documentation with stakeholders and seek approval from Product Owner

· Document and finalize process flows including customer journeys, system flows, and operational processes based on agreed end to end requirement.

· Review SIT test cases, define UAT test scope and develop UAT test scenarios/cases in ensuring the requirements are fully tested and traceability to original requirements.

· Engage with UAT stakeholders on requirements walkthrough and UAT test cases review.

· Assist in defect triage during SIT and UAT on requirement clarifications.

· Understanding of technology and development lifecycle – experience in both SDLC & Agile/SCRUM delivery.

Requirements

· 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking industry.

Position: Outdoor Sales Executive (Construction Industry)

Salary: $3500 - $4500 + Comm + Car Allowance
