AETOS Support Services Pte Ltd is a wholly owned operational office within the AETOS Capital Group Pty Ltd. AETOS Support Services team consists of the departments of IT, Dealing, Operation and Finance in Singapore office.

Job Descriptions:

• Developing and implementing research and development strategies and plans that align with the company's business objectives
• Overseeing the research and development of new products and technologies
• Managing the budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and costs are controlled
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, production, and quality assurance, to ensure project success
• Establishing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and ensuring they are met
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Director of AETOS Capital Group

Job Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of working experience in research and development management
• Strong understanding of product development, from identifying a need to delivering a solution
• Good demand analysis ability and good document writing ability. Accumulate operation and maintenance experience and precipitate it into standard and professional documents.

Note:

• 5 days work week (Monday to Friday)
• All nationality and fresh graduate are welcome
