Job Description
- Create new pastry products for mass production
- Experience in new product development and innovation
- Develop solutions and make sample products for foodservice and F&B clients
- Setup pilot bakery for developmental work, product demonstration and training
- Work with commercial and operations teams in production scale-up
Requirements
- Min 3-year experience in industrial bakery
- Good knowledge of flour properties and dough manipulation
- Creative with various types of pastry products for both artisanal and mass-markets
- Familiar with industrial bakery machineries and large-scale pastry production
- Understand local bakery market and current consumer trends
Education & Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology/Science or others food-related industry is preferred
