Responsibilities for HR & Admin Executive

· Ensuring timely preparation and processing of expense reports

· Assist in coordinating Executive Team Meetings, company conferences and meetings with major customers with a high degree of professionalism and coordination

· Track all documents for approval and signage

· Draft communications as required

· Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the company business processes and systems in support of the duties and responsibilities of the position

· Maintain Office facilities as needed

· Incredibly organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple assignments

· Knowledgeable about organizing team events

· Coordinate with others to schedule meetings

· Provide general department administrative processes

· Answer phone and deliver messages timely

· Printing, collating, as needed by the team

Qualifications for Admin & HR Executive

· Prefer knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office technology tools

· The ideal candidate must have experience in handling a wide range of administrative related tasks, an interest and passion in learning contributing beyond the day to day administrative aspects of the role

· Administrative support experience of an increasingly responsible nature at a senior level

· The ability to maintain confidentiality is vital

· Ability to be self-motivated and resourceful in a highly chaotic and unstructured start-up environment

· Minimum 2 years Executive Administrative experienceperience

Other Requirement

· Singaporeans/PRs/Malaysians are welcomed to apply.

· Proficeincy in Chinese.

· 5.5 days work week

Responsibilities for Project Engineer (Manufacturing)

• Task Management
• Installing and performing diagnostic tests on mechanical systems and production line.
• Developing and implementing mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment and line breakdowns.
• Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records.
• Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.
• Optimizing mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.
• Maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations.
• People Management
• Work, liaise and utilize good effective communication with a range of internal departments, external suppliers, service providers and customers.

Requirements:

· Min Diploma in Manufacturing / Mechanical/ equivalent certificate.

· Min 2 years of relevant working experiences in Manufacturing.
