This position reports to the Director(s) and interfaces with Chief Technical Officer. Individual to be involved in:
1. Support operations within the production team by setting up machinery for production work.
2. Liaise with stakeholders for research output and development.
3. Contribute to continuous product improvement.
4. Mitigate and control product issues.
Technical skills and competencies:
1. Active participation in strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes.
2. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement projects.
3. Innovate and change current industry practices to create business opportunities. 4.Perform required test correlations, evaluations, and test characterisation on new products.
