Responsibilities:
Develop membrane products, systems and processes for the applications in separation processes, e.g. Nano-filtration, Ultra-filtration etc.
Execute product development process from bench-scale through commercialization, and continue technical support throughout production.
Plan and execute lab, pilot and field tests.
Interact with customers/clients/collaborators to identify new needs and initiate solutions.
Work with R&D and business units to screen ideas/technologies and conceive technology solutions.
Work with internal resources, suppliers and development partners to execute projects.
Cross department and subsidiary or sister companies’ coordination and communication to ensure aligned execution of pilot test project.
Document project work and report out to management.
Close working with production team to understand existing product characteristics and explore for any potential application.
Familiarize with the existing production process and support quality team on documentation preparation.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent
Proven strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in membrane development, pilot testing, or water and wastewater treatment is highly desirable
Microsoft words, excels, power point literate
