Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, organize, and maintain training programs/ materials
- Conduct Training needs analysis and identify soft skills developmental programs for staff to improve performance
- Evaluate department training programs and oversee evaluations or surveys
- Align training program with Head Office or adapt Head Office training content for local usage
- Monitor industry, training trends and recommend new teaching/ learning methods
- Ensure compliance to regulatory training requirements
- Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedure
Requirements
- Minimum Degree or Diploma from a recognized tertiary institution
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant industry experience, with a demonstrable sound knowledge of airport operations and customer service with an airline, airport, or ground handling company
- Minimum 2 years in training or leadership role
- ACTA certification or equivalent
