Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Foster a customer-centric culture within the store.
Recruit, train, and develop store staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation.

Requirements:

Good communication skill
Sales driven and highly motivated
Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage to be able to relay information to Mandarin -speaking customers on the fashion and clothing related matter.
