Job Description
Lead, mentor, and support the team to build a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Drive the creation of innovative formulations that align with market needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.
Enhance existing formulations to improve performance, stability, cost-efficiency, or regulatory compliance, maintaining quality standards.
Partner with suppliers to assess and source new ingredients that meet performance and regulatory criteria.
Conduct required testing, such as stability, packaging compatibility, and performance assessments.
Provide technical guidance during scale-up and pilot production phases.
Identify and resolve any formulation-related production issues to ensure product quality and efficiency.
Maintain comprehensive records, test data, and technical documentation for traceability and reproducibility.
Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity, innovation, and product quality.
Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in personal care formulation.
Strong understanding of raw materials, and formulation techniques.
Familiarity with GMP and regulatory guidelines.
