Main Duties & Responsibilities, Job Scope but not limited to:

• WB / invoice preparation
• Activities involved in inbound and outbound shipments (e.g. receive inbound shipments, paste label on outbound shipments etc.)
• Attending to emails
• Any other activities to support customer with shipments
• Need to carry boxes with dry ice up to 10KG-30KG
• Ad hoc duties

Job Opportunity: Sample Coordinator

Company: Food mnc
Location: Tuas

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary:

• $2,000 fixed

Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oil Inventory Management:Maintain oil inventory in the fragrance sample compactor.
   Arrange oils systematically, dispose of expired oils monthly, and generate a report for the Sample Library Manager.
   Input replenishment sample requests into PACE/SAP.
   
2. Sample Coordination:Track oil sample movements between the Sample Library, Sample Production Team, Application Lab, and Creation Lab.
   Update the oil inventory daily.
   
3. Sample Request Processing:Receive sample requests in PACE.
   If the oil is in the library, forward it to the Sample Production Team for repacking.
   If not, generate requests in SAP and release Process Orders into SRMS.
   
4. Dispatch Coordination:Liaise with dispatch service providers and QC sample riders for sample deliveries.
   Ensure inventory is updated post-delivery.
   
5. New Wins/First Production Management:Coordinate with the Creation Department for formula access and reference samples.
   Arrange raw material requests if unavailable in the inventory system.
   Post-production, follow up with QC and dispatch services for delivery to customers.
   
6. Sample Compounding:Use the Fricke automated dosing machine or manual compounding to create fragrance samples.
