Main Responsibilities

· Prepare releasing raw material documents (COAs, Lab Test Report, Health Cert, Invoice, BL, Permit) & SFA list send to Quality team.

· Update COA specification into Navision

· Change raw material “BA” code if require

· Update cargo status after sampling done

· Assembly order to convert lot number/item code for stuffing balance if require

· Cover receptionist duties if require

· Any other job duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar or relevant roles

· Minimum qualification in NITEC

· Proficient in MS Office& Excel

· Good organization and communication skills

· Able to start immediately will be advantageous

Job Description

- Liaising with overseas (English and Chinese speaking) universities and research institutes for research collaborations and activities

- Compiling, maintaining, and updating company and departmental records in accordance with research collaboration project schedule

- Planning and co-ordinating research related events, plant tours and other public activities

- Filing, sorting out documents

- Carrying out miscellaneous & basic administrative tasks

Requirements

- Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin). Knowledge in Chinese input method (such as Pin Yin) is a must. Typing speed test may be required during the interview

- Able to write and communicate in English and Chinese (Mandarin) to answer phone calls and replying email enquiries using English/Chinese language

- Academic writing skills is preferred

- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to work closely with team members and collaborators under tight project schedule

- Meticulous and able to work independently with high level of motivation

- Occasional business travel is expected
