In this role, you will:

• Responsible for machine wiring, troubleshooting, and performing functional checks on electrical systems in prototypes.
• Documenting activities in technical reports and also support for basic mechanical assembly.

Responsibilities:

• Wire prototype machines according to design specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues for prototype machine.
• Perform function check to ensure that the prototype operates as intended.
• Document activities and troubleshooting processes in technical reports.
• Provide supporting basic mechanical assembly

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
• Able to Interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documents.
• Independent and ability to diagnose and resolve electrical problems.
• Hands-on experience with machine.
• Good time management, pro-active, self-motivated and high sense of responsibility.

The job incumbent will be responsible for supporting the R&D department in various activities, which include the following:

· Support R&D activities for new membrane product or production process improvement.

· Involve in different project-related R&D activities like wastewater treatment, desalination, drinking water treatment, etc.

· Support and perform experiments for membrane characterization and evaluation.

· Carry out qualification tests and analysis for raw materials and products.

· Maintenance and calibration for some of lab equipment.

· Literature search for product development and relevant area.

· Provide reports and updates for R&D activities.

· Other related duties assigned.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Chemistry or equivalent

· Familiar with handling practice of chemicals

· Independent in performing experiments

· Good team player, self-driven and meticulous

· Good communication and interpersonal skills
