Provide scientific and technical leadership in the field of industrial motors and automation devices development.
Create technical roadmap, initiate R&D theme proposals.
Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate into business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external collaborators to develop cutting-edge devices to drive business expansion.
Project planning and management, liaison with stakeholders and external collaborators.
Promote research collaboration with universities and research institutes.
Job Requirement
Master/ Ph.D. in Material Sciences, Electromechanical Engineering or similar
Advanced level in material development, and multiple project management.
Proficient in Japanese to liaise with related party, required to have at least JLPT N1 level as the role required to communicate with Japan HQ
Able to take initiative and work under minimal supervision in a fast-paces environment
