SBDC's scientific assessments will help to identify and recommend suitable programs to enhance the brain's mental strengths, correct its weaknesses and accelerate learning regardless of age and the level of mental skills.
We are now looking for experienced tutors to integrate our Brain Training technologies with academic performance. It will be working on the hardware ( Strengthening learning abilities ) and software ( the subject matters, academic contents and strategies ).
Job Scope :
1. Teaching of English or Mathematics.
2. Providing cognitive training and developing the intellect capacity.
3. Preparing of diagnostic tests for all levels.
4. Preparing of lesson plans/teaching materials.
5. Teaching skills to improve academic performance, including study strategies, note-taking skills and approaches to answering test questions
6. Provide academic remediation.
Requirements :
1. Tutors with a track record of tutoring for at least 2 to 3 years of experience.
2. Familiar with the MOE school syllabus
3. Willing to teach on Weekends
4. Must have a passion for and enjoys teaching and working with students, a sunshine person.
5. Thorough knowledge of a specific academic subject or expertise in test preparation
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain challenging concepts, provide instructions and deliver feedback
7. Ability to motivate and encourage students to improve their academic performance using effective goal-setting strategies
8. Creativity and flexibility in order to personalize their learning approach for individual students
9. Patience and compassion for students as they develop skills and improve their performance
10. Full Time or Part time available
11. Able to work evenings and weekends
12. Training Provided

Salary: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
